The Salesman, Gannon Ksenich, was not pushy. This is a quality that I really appreciate in any sales person, man or woman. He listened to each of my requirements that I felt were important to me in a vehicle and provided me a chance to drive each of these car models. I ended up choosing the Touring Forrester because of the test drive and the knowledge that he had of this vehicle and the other 2 models that I drove. He was an expert in pointing out the differences and the similarities. I didn't receive the level of knowledge of the car models features at other dealerships. Great job, Gannon. More
