I called Ganley of Bedford within the week - wasn't really expecting the parts to be available yet - but they were. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Ganley seems to be very much on top of the current changing conditions (coronavirus) and have quickly adapted their procedures to maximize distancing. I dropped the car off the previous evening - the car was finished by about noon the next day. Jennifer did a good job of keeping me up to date with the process and the progress of the service (and she did a good job of respecting the distancing guidelines). More

Fast and Friendly I came in to take care of a recall issue, and had been planning to get a loaner so I didn't have to wait the estimated 3 hours they had thought it mig I came in to take care of a recall issue, and had been planning to get a loaner so I didn't have to wait the estimated 3 hours they had thought it might be at the initial phone call. When I came in for the appointment and asked how long it would be, they said they could be done in about an hour so I waited there. It was finished quickly, so I was able to be on my way. no complaints. More
