Up-sell of unneeded items Tried to get me to buy tires (said tread was low) and battery by saying they were bad and needed replaced. I later went to Conrads (whose specialty is tires) and they check both the tires and the battery and determined they were both fine. It felt like I was being taken to up-sell services not needed. Also, Joe was a bit cranky because he felt it was unsafe to be working due to the COVID-19 and didn't want to be there. He was professional, but not very friendly. Overall, my experience was overall okay until I had the tires and battery checked out and found they were fine....than I realized the tires and battery were fine and I felt deceived (not by Joe, but whoever the technician was that worked on my car). More

My first but not my last experience with Ganley Subaru was a very impressionable experience from start to finish. Even on what seemed to me to be a very busy day for GSof Bedford, Larry who was my sales was a very impressionable experience from start to finish. Even on what seemed to me to be a very busy day for GSof Bedford, Larry who was my sales person was busy with another customer when I arrived. Larry introduced himself and introduced Jason to me and said he would help me , and that he did until Larry Boro was free.The manager was patient and very helpful in getting me gimme financed . From first entering in to existing out after my new out back was was professionally detailed and delivered, to the informative instructions on the functionality of the vehicle everyone was great Glad I went to Ganley Subaru of Bedford.i don’t remember each persons name but all were patient , professional people.
