Bryan made me feel comfortable even before I showed up for my appointment; he called me to confirm my appointment and we spoke about a few things. The interest that both Gary and Bryan portrayed was part of the reason I bought the car from Ganley Subaru/Bedford. There was also a woman I worked with who helped me when I picked up the car; she walked me through signing the papers and setting up the extended warranty. I can't remember her name but she too was very helpful and went out of her way to try to get the extended warranty affordable for me. More

Whenever the work [scheduled or unscheduled] is expected to extend into the afternoon I am provided a loaner vehicle without charge. All Ganley personnel are courteous and responsive to my questions and needs. Whenever anyone inquires how I like my Subaru I respond with a 5 Star + rating of both the vehicle and Ganley. Very friendly and worked with us completely.
