Sales (Gary A) was very good to work with. Mr. Rosen was very nice as well. It was Sunday so the Service dept wasn't open. What wasn't pleasant was my half hour with the finance guy. I should of signed 6 or 8 pages and been done and onto getting to the delivery of my new vehicle. I would have even stomached 10 minutes to hear about his add ons, but it went much longer. Multiple "no's", and a little insult telling me i was in the gray area of needing gap insurance. I put $5k down for a $27k vehicle at 0% and had already told him my intention to pay the car off w/in 18 months multiple times. By the time he was done I was reconsidering not buying a Subaru and that I hadn't negotiated a good price (used Costco's program) because all the extended warranties he was hawking pointed to a car that would implode if i drove it, or made it past the 3 yr standard warranty. I had just surrendered my '07 Honda with 267k miles to the scrap yard after it was totalled by a distracted driver. I was longing for my old reliable, long paid off Fit by this time. I get it, its how they make profit but don't lie that you are doing a survey asking me questions about my driving and how long i intend to keep the car, etc...when in fact its just to feed him what crap to try and sell me. I worked in market research don't give legitimate research a bad name. So far i like the car, but hope not to be in the market for a new vehicle for another 13 years. More

Mike Bryson went above and beyond in making sure my car buying experience was as painless and low-pressure as possible. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion and helped me overcome my indecisiveness with my decision (personal problem with big purchases) to where I felt confident I was making the right choice. He’s friendly, and warm-natured and just overall a great rep to work with, and would recommend him to any of my friends or family. Subaru Outback I didn't realize how spoiled I was with my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. And I believed that when I asked that everything possible be included on the Outbac I didn't realize how spoiled I was with my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. And I believed that when I asked that everything possible be included on the Outback, I didn't think to ask about a front camera, ventilated seats, etc. But I stated this in a previous survey. I will survive this. The so-called "handsfree" tailgate is a joke! If my hands are full, how can i possibly wave the fob under the handle of the trunk lid? There is nothing Hands-free about that. When I get groceries, I have to turn the engine off in my car in order to lift the power-gate for the person putting the groceries in my trunk. I have to use the fob because there is no button in the car to open the trunk. Very inconvenient. And to have to turn off the engine is just not acceptable. I only wish I had noticed this before we leased. I am now having trouble with the voice command in navigation. it keep wanting to send me to Indiana, Texas, North Carolina....etc. when i am distinctly saying Chagrin Falls, OHIO, or Willoughby, OHIO. So very frustrating when I cannot just type in the location I want when the voice doesn't understand me. I now understand that the salesman was doing his best to give me what I wanted, and that my husband thought we really needed the Turbo-charged engine as that is what we had before. I only wish that it had been explained to me that we needed to lease the Touring car instead of the Limited XT. Unfortunately the pandemic hit when we picked up the car, so I didn't get the training with my salesman. Maybe there is something he can help me with at some point when all this is over. More
