Exceded my expectations Purchased my 3rd vehicle from Mike Bryson. I trust and respect him even more after this experience. I almost ended up with the wrong vehicle for me (m Purchased my 3rd vehicle from Mike Bryson. I trust and respect him even more after this experience. I almost ended up with the wrong vehicle for me (my fault). When the reality of my mistake sunk in, I asked Mike to help me correct my bad purchase decision. I think that he and Bryan Escott "moved the earth" to help me out. The result being that I finally drove home in a Legacy that my wife and I both love. Perfect ending to a stressful 2 days. I also appreciated the help and advice from Chris in Service. He gave me some good advice on service that my leased vehicle needed prior to the lease turn in. I am one happy customer. Calling to make an appointment for service was easy. Trying to get a hold of the service manager I was dealing with, Tim, was very difficult. Dropping off the car for the service appointment was easy. W Trying to get a hold of the service manager I was dealing with, Tim, was very difficult. Dropping off the car for the service appointment was easy. Wasn't given regular updates on the progress of the cars service. And picking up the car when the service was finished was met with attitude from a woman behind the service desk. She was rude and aggressive towards my wife and I. She took the form I received from Tim when we both looked over the rental car he gave me. Then she went out to look over the car when I was turning it back in and saw the the dent in the right fender which was marked down on the paper but then accused me of putting the dent there myself even though it was marked down as previously having a dent on that right fender on the paper. I would question going back there for any further servicing because of this event. More
