Fantastic, as per usual I went in for my semiannual maintenance on my 2019 Subaru Forrester. Making the appointment was quick, easy, and convenient. When I arrived, I was abl I went in for my semiannual maintenance on my 2019 Subaru Forrester. Making the appointment was quick, easy, and convenient. When I arrived, I was able to walk directly to the service desk with very little wait--I arrived 25 minutes early for my scheduled service--and was promptly greeted. The estimated wait time was spot on, an issue of which I was unaware was flagged and resolved with a nominal delay. Moreover, when a defect on my tyre was discovered I was presented with a few different options. I decided to come back the next day and again was treated to the same level of service and care. Having one's car serviced is never a particularly enjoyable task, but this service centre always makes it less painful. More

She was incredibly informative and provided me insight into trouble shooting issues with my WRX. She made me feel like a valued customer and she has never waivered in her attempt to provide 5 star service anytime I have used Ganley Subaru Service. Her service to customers is rare these days! In addition, within the sales department, Max Pipkin has helped me with 3 vehicle purchases in the last 2 years. I will always go back to Max with future vehicle purchases. He is extremely knowledgeable and made my the experience an enjoyable one. More

Convenient and Quick Walked in with no appointment midday Saturday. They were able to work on my vehicle and take care of some of the recalls.
