The salesman Ken Mackey was very informative and very helpful when we purchased our Crosstrek. We were treated very nicely when we filled out all the paperwork. Just one thing They fixed a recall and when I picked up my car they gave me the paperwork and I left. The next day I received an email telling me my car needed addit They fixed a recall and when I picked up my car they gave me the paperwork and I left. The next day I received an email telling me my car needed additional service. So I looked at the 2nd. page on the paperwork and see that is said I needed a new filter for my HVAC. I wish they had brought it to my attention while I was there and I would have had them do it then since I was already there. It's a good 25 minute drive from my house so it's kind of a pain to have to set up another appointment. That would be my only complaint. More
