Consistently good service I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester. The first served me well for 12 years and will now serve my cousin and her family. I really apprecia I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester. The first served me well for 12 years and will now serve my cousin and her family. I really appreciate working with Tim in the service department. He explains things so that this non-car person understands. He also listens to what my priorities are (mainly safety) and tells me just what I need to know to make informed decisions about maintaining my car. Tim is a big reason I decided to purchase from this dealership again! Mike made the car buying process super low-stress. He tailored his sales pitch to my stated priorities (again safety) and had much patience with all my questions. Somehow he facilitated the last few steps of the purchasing process while on vacation! I recommend him without reservation to anyone shopping for a Subaru. More

Dropped car off for scheduled routine service at 7:30 am. Representative said car should be done by 2:30 that day. Come 4:30 no response. After calling they indicated would need to finish in the morning. So Representative said car should be done by 2:30 that day. Come 4:30 no response.
