After getting many reminders from Ganley about my scheduled 9:15am service appointment on Tuesday , I showed up on time. There were so many cars in the service line that I could barely get in the par scheduled 9:15am service appointment on Tuesday , I showed up on time. There were so many cars in the service line that I could barely get in the parking lot to get in line. When I stepped into the service desk area there were many customers in the little area and more kept coming in! It was impossible to stay six feet apart! There were no six foot markers on the floor either. No employees attempted to limit the number of people coming in. I had a long wait of almost 25 minutes before I was called by one of the service representatives. When the service rep went out to my car, she couldn’t even pull it in garage because it was blocked by so many other cars that had arrived for service . While I waited in the service area, one customer took off his mask and one EMPLOYEE who walked in and out several times was not even wearing a mask! All this while, my husband was waiting to drive me home. Since it took 35 + minutes for the check - in process, his timeframe for his next appointment was impacted. This would have been a bad experience in the best of times. IN THE MIDST OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ganley Subaru you need to do better! Find out the problem and fix it! More

My instrumentation went wild, indicating I had an issue of unknown origin. Service rep Joe scheduled me promptly, and service rep Jennifer welcomed me and explained my service needs and helped me decide wh of unknown origin. Service rep Joe scheduled me promptly, and service rep Jennifer welcomed me and explained my service needs and helped me decide what I could afford to do immediately, and what I needed to take care of soon. She was very gracious and sensitive to my budget issues, even as it was obvious she was very busy tending to the needs of other customers, as well. She made a good impression on me, and managed to reflect well on personalized service at Ganley Subaru that is not sacrificed to the pressure of volume efficiency. More
Felt unsafe in small check-in area. I arrived at the service center and had to physically enter the small check-in area. Joe was friendly and helpful and my time inside was relatively quick, but I felt unsafe in the current COVID-19 environment. Other dealerships offer check-in outside or better yet, vehicle pick up and drop off at the customer's home. If Ganley Subaru offers these options I was not made aware of them when I made my appointment I am 66 years old and at higher risk for serious complications from the disease should I catch it. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I again had to enter the facility, speak with Joe, and then be taken to the payment area inside the showroom. In normal times this would not have been an issue, however we find ourselves in a very unique environment and I didn't feel as though Ganley Subaru was dong enough to protect it's customers. In fairness all employees and customers were wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available. However I believe you could and should do more. More

Excellent service, handled quickly and efficiently Jennifer was very helpful and pleasant. Service was completed before time estimated. Expedited quickly when finished.
