Brought our Ascent in for recall service. Not done properly and car required return to the shop. Picked it up and then had more severe problems with leaking gas. Job now appears to have been done correctly. Reality is the recall service resulted in car being more dangerous to drive than prior to taking it in. While folks we dealt with were helpful difficult to navigate the call center and talk with someone. More
