Horrible absolutely horrible my car was there Thursday through Monday for a diagnostic! Then on Saturday Shelby called and informed my my wiper was broken and it would be an addition 375$ because the work through Monday for a diagnostic! Very pleased with my new Subie. I felt that the staff at Ganley paid attention to my needs. They made time for me. The only disappointment is that the heated steering wheel is not as warm as others I have e Ganley paid attention to my needs. They made time for me. The only disappointment is that the heated steering wheel is not as warm as others I have experienced. I have Raynaud's and need a good heated steering wheel. Otherwise, I like the Outback Limited XT otherwise. The turbo makes it fun to drive. More
When I dropped off my car AND when I picked it up, there were several service representatives in the area. NONE of them acknowledged my presence. When I arrived for my appointment, there was one other cus were several service representatives in the area. NONE of them acknowledged my presence. When I arrived for my appointment, there was one other customer in the service area. He was being assisted by a service person. The others were busily typing on their computers. After several minutes, one of them told me WITHOUT LOOKING AT ME that he would be with me shortly. Several more minutes passed until he assisted me. Only one of the others even glanced my way. When I picked up my car, there were 3 service people in the room and NO customers. One of them was busy telling the others that he was leaving because he had slept in his contacts and he couldn’t see very well. The others responded to him. NO ONE spoke to me for several minutes. Totally unacceptable. More

Mike was a great sales agent. I was worried about buying a car during the Covid-19. Mike answered all of my questions by phone call and/or text messages. Mike and his wife brought the car to my house and a car during the Covid-19. Mike answered all of my questions by phone call and/or text messages.
