For the service I came in for was partly done. I came in for a sound on the driver side front wheel area and when i would go over a bump it could be heard clearly. The service agent said it was a control ar for a sound on the driver side front wheel area and when i would go over a bump it could be heard clearly. The service agent said it was a control arm problem. but also gave me other recommendations on other areas of the car for repair. So when i drove the car off the lot after service the car sounded great until 3 days later where the original sound started again (at a low sound but still there). So i took it back only to be told the i needed front struts. Now the strut's were not part of the recommendations giving to me at the time of the original service call. Very disappointed in the recognition of a problem and really only got half the work done. Also my oil cap was found off, this is the second time i have come in and was told that from the service department. I believe what they said was true but there was no one to ask why. since taking ownership of the car ~10/2016 I have consistently replacing oil in the car based on the oil indicator in the car. I have come up there for this issue. again another disappointing in the lack of recognition of a needed service to the car. One more thing, this is about m y sales man. Each time I come up there and see him, he has no idea who I am. (I'm a sale man, I don't forget a face) More
