Its been bad! I have purchase two cars from Toyota and I have never experience any thing like this. Its so awful, are hands a locked from purchasing second car. General Manger refuse to call back. Great Service. Joe was polite, courteous and attentive . I was there because of a recall notice I received. He explained what work was to be done and how long it would take.
