I dropped my vehicle off at 9:50 am for my 10:00 appointment and did not pick my car until over 6 and 1/2 hours later,that’s unexceptionable for any consumer to have to wait that long.....there was appointment and did not pick my car until over 6 and 1/2 hours later,that’s unexceptionable for any consumer to have to wait that long.....there was grease on my driver seat as well as my custom floor mats,I’m a very dissatisfied consumer!!!!!!!! I love Ganley Subaru, every time I take my Outback there I’m treated with the best customer service. Mr Wiley was extremely professional and helpful. He was prompt to answer any questions I had and made sur I’m treated with the best customer service. Mr Wiley was extremely professional and helpful. As soon as he found out from the service technicians that my Outback would take longer then originally expected, he offered me a loaner vehicle so I didn’t have to wait.
