I dropped my vehicle off at 9:50 am for my 10:00 appointment and did not pick my car until over 6 and 1/2 hours later,that’s unexceptionable for any consumer to have to wait that long.....there was appointment and did not pick my car until over 6 and 1/2 hours later,that’s unexceptionable for any consumer to have to wait that long.....there was grease on my driver seat as well as my custom floor mats,I’m a very dissatisfied consumer!!!!!!!! I love Ganley Subaru, every time I take my Outback there I’m treated with the best customer service. Mr Wiley was extremely professional and helpful.
