I actually dealt with Ganley Volkswagon, not Subaru. My salesman was Kevin Weiss. My initial dealings were by phone and then email. After several discussions I decided to lease an Atlas from Ganley. My salesman was Kevin Weiss. My initial dealings were by phone and then email. After several discussions I decided to lease an Atlas from Ganley. My issue is the fact that it seemed as though they were trying to sell me a vehicle without knowing exactly what I was getting. I got a few emails with pictures of vehicles but then was told that wasn't the vehicle I was purchasing. I was also given a "range" for my payment, I have leased numerous vehicle over the years and have never experienced this sales approach. I was provided with the details of the car I was going to lease, all the details, and then given a lease payment. Ultimately I ended up with a vehicle that didn't have a feature I expected. I didn't realize this until I was pulling out of the lot and when I said something to the salesman he looked around the vehicle and said, "oh, that must not be on this one". That is NOT acceptable to me. I was then told if I wanted it I would have to pay ~$500. He also mentioned that he would have to cover the freight for the part from his commissions which he said was minimal. that was the second time he referenced that he was not making much on my sale. I don't appreciate that type of quilt/sales tactic. Bottom line is I told the salesman I wanted to purchase an Atlas with EVERYTHING and that isn't what I received. The feature I am missing is the Homelink. I haven't purchased a car in several years that didn't have that feature and would have expected it to be on a vehicle with "everything". One top of that I was told they had a hard time detailing the car for me to take home; well it wasn't very clean when I took possession and in fact there were still stickers and residue on the windows as well as smudges all over the black paint. all in all I was NOT impressed with the service at that dealership.
