Although I believe I could have gotten better service in the sales department, the service department has always been excellent! I am accustomed to sales persons making suggestions or making you aware of of the sales department, the service department has always been excellent! I am accustomed to sales persons making suggestions or making you aware of offers to help you get where you are trying to go in terms of budget. Plus, I was not used to being asked to pay the final lease payments on my current vehicle if I was planning to turn it in to get a new one. Although I wanted to keep my 2018 Forrester, it is perfectly okay for a salesperson to say, "For what you want your monthly payment to be, I cannot offer you another Forrester, but I may be able to get you into another Subaru model." That makes me feel like you are not only working with me but that you are working with my best interest in mind as well. Thank you for listening. More
I was surprised that even though my car went through a “thorough inspection” I was not told my back lIght was out which seems simple (so I’m wondering what else was missed/left not inspected). I was also disappointed when I gave a coupon for the oil change/tire rotation, the price ended up being more expensive than my last visit when I didn’t have a coupon, that doesn’t seem right. In the end, the worker who took care of me “found me another deal” to use. Where are these hidden deals and maybe think about better pricing all around (especially when you don’t ask if customers want services, they are just tacked on to the bill (I.e., tire rotation). More
