My Service handler, Chrissy Walsh, was patient with my questions and accommodating… I had bags and bags of stored up chip-type bags to recycle and she facilitated getting it out of my car into the buildin questions and accommodating… I had bags and bags of stored up chip-type bags to recycle and she facilitated getting it out of my car into the building. I do hope that there really is a system for that type of recycling, I’d be unhappy if it all ends up in the dumpster hidden in the back. Also, I wash my car, but the wash it got after my appointment looks great and has lasted. It seems better than what I accomplish… whats the secret? somekind of spray-on finish? Wish I didn't live so far away. More

My experience at the dealer was pleasant and very smooth. There was still a lot waiting at times, but one has to go in with that expectation. Our car was in need of service due to some faulty work having been done elsewhere. We were in a real bind, but the service department helped us through the crisis. They corrected the things that had bee having been done elsewhere. We were in a real bind, but the service department helped us through the crisis. They corrected the things that had been done wrong, and performed some additional service that needed to be done. We were also provided with a complimentary loaner car. The work was done promptly, and we are confident that the things that had been done incorrectly by another service establishment have now been fixed so we don't have to worry about them. More
