I've just leased my second forester with the guidance of Larry Boro and Joshua (Big) Baskind. As always, it was an excellent experience !! They were able to answer all my questions and concerns . I've worked with Mike in the service department the last 2 times. I want to give him a 5 star rating- please make sure this is done I could not find his name in the list to rate people I worked with. Both times I have come in for one service, but was willing to accommodate other unscheduled service requests. He had the thickness of my brake pads checked for me when I came in for an oil change since they were squeaking. He gave me updates on the millimeters left and told me I still have some time left and that the brakes sometimes squeak when getting rust off. He also offered to accommodate an oil change while I was in for an unexpected, unscheduled battery replacement. He doesn't try to sell you extra services and is straightforward and honest. I have been happy with my last 2 visits to the service department for a battery replacement and tire rotation/oil change. Labor charges are reasonable. Battery replacement charges were very reasonable given price of the battery from Autozone if i were to do it myself. I will keep coming back for service similar to the last two times I have worked with Mike. More
I called in the morning because I had popped my tire on my brand new car. The woman I spoke with said they only had one left in stock of the tire I needed and that they would hold it for me. I arrived 20 m my brand new car. The woman I spoke with said they only had one left in stock of the tire I needed and that they would hold it for me. I arrived 20 minutes later they took in my car and said they had the tire held for me. I was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. A half hour after waiting I was told they no longer had the tire because they sold it to someone else and that they would give me a loaner for the day. It was truly just bad service. If you say you are going to do something then do it. The person that was helping me, Chris was great. I have no real complaints about him. My main issue is the fact that this should have not happened. More

Online scheduling was convenient and easy. Every person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I do feel that the price for the routine service was a little high considering no diagnostics or repairs were requ spoke to was friendly and helpful.
