Chris, the employee assigned to my appointment, was incredibly responsive and helpful. However, the pricing (even for a dealership) was ridiculous. Labor was more expensive than parts, even for an oil incredibly responsive and helpful. However, the pricing (even for a dealership) was ridiculous. Labor was more expensive than parts, even for an oil change (priced at $100 total). I did not feel that I was being informed of what I was paying for, and felt I was overcharged for the repairs. Again, the employee helping me was so wonderful, and took the time to help me make sense of the charges and the very long wait time. I previously had good experiences here, but will not be bringing my car here again. More

Did not return my existing mail in coupon(s) and told me that he apply a coupon which he lied. Battery compartment not throughly cleaned, and said a core charge had been given yet not showing itemize break that he apply a coupon which he lied.
