I needed to bring my car in three separate times to fix one problem, a gasoline smell in the car. When they called me to pick the car up the last time, the door was locked and nobody could find the ke one problem, a gasoline smell in the car. When they called me to pick the car up the last time, the door was locked and nobody could find the keys. Luckily I gave them the spare keys and had my other key with me when I picked it up. Hopefully I will get the spare key mailed to me soon, but this just seemed a little sloppy. More

I would give five stars but I had to wait a long time- 1.75 hours for oil change and tire rotation. It wasn't her fault - there was a customer- but it would have been nice if someone else could have check 1.75 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Also - there were employees not wearing a mask or wearing it under their nose which made it a bit stressful for me having to wait so long. More
