Customer Service should have been more communicative. I came in at 10 AM for two recalls and an oil change. The service representative was very nice and called me and left a message regarding "recommendati came in at 10 AM for two recalls and an oil change. The service representative was very nice and called me and left a message regarding "recommendations" for my vehicle. However, he never called me back so I called him back within 5 minutes of his call and then texted him back but no one answered either message. 24 hours later, I called him back only to find that I needed two filters and a brake flush. I think if there are recommendations, a client should be called back as soon as the vehicle is checked out. If a service manager does not get a hold of the client, they should call back the same day or answer texts or calls. The work was fine and I was not in a rush for my vehicle. However, communication could have been better. More
