The people who've taken care of me are very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I've had to go back several times for the same problem. Since I had to bring my car back for the same problem, the dealership offered me a very nice loaner vehicle, which I appreciated. Tim was super helpful by organizing both the purchase of new tires, as well as connecting with the Parts department for ordering a new replacement spare.
