I went to perform the installation of the remote start for my Subaru 2019. I got in and dropped the car. Almost 2 hours later I was told the parts were not in. Does it take 2 hours after an appointment to for my Subaru 2019. I got in and dropped the car. Almost 2 hours later I was told the parts were not in. Service was good, but the plastic protective wrap was still covering my seat and wheel. My car was the only car in the finished line-up of cars that still had the plastic wrap on it. I feel it should hav still covering my seat and wheel. My car was the only car in the finished line-up of cars that still had the plastic wrap on it. I feel it should have been removed before the car was returned to me, especially in Covid times. More

Had a set appointment to fix a part that I had previously paid to have fixed. Arrived on time, after waiting over an hour, was then informed that they were too busy to do the job, offered a loaner at that ti paid to have fixed.
