There is 100% improvement in the reception at the Service counter. Chrissy was very polite and outright friendly which I have not seen in previous visits.. My lease is up soon and I was debating about coming back to Ganley because I felt so uncomfortable with the manner in which sercive was managed. For example, I asked to have the rear window blade replaced at 6 months post lease initation. The person refused to it it.. But now after my recent experience I will consider Ganley for my hext car. More
Jennifer was great! She is friendly and professional. The installation is working so I assume it was done correctly.
