Quick, polite and helpful. I was going to wait at dealership while my recall was completed, but with the construction noise in the showroom, my service rep offered a courtesy car. I took it. Then, despite quoting me $55 to look at the loose rubber seal in my sunroof, which I rejected, the service rep simply took a minute to clip it back on for me. What I wanted in the first place. The same day service lane worked great. I didnt wait in line more than 5 minutes. The team was quick and efficient, and I was out of the shop in less than 90 minutes.
