He helped us compare three different models, in a very friendly and highly professional manner, with the result of us finding the right car for us. How many Ganley associates does it take to make a spare key? The answer: More than four! My son bought his first used vehicle from Ganley Subaru in Bedford at the end of February. There was only one key availabl The answer: More than four! My son bought his first used vehicle from Ganley Subaru in Bedford at the end of February. There was only one key available at the time of the purchase. Our salesperson (Ken Mackel) said he would contact the previous owner and ask for the second key. After three weeks, a call to the salesperson got an answer along the lines of: "It's not here yet. I will call the previous owner again." Then the paint started to chip off the car. After ten weeks, my son just brought the car in and asked for the key. The answer this time: "We have a big box of keys. It might be in there. We'll check and call you on Monday." When we asked them to look at the car and the chipped paint, the answer was: "We sold the car 'As Is,' so we can't do anything about the paint." (Actually they could, but they won't.) But they went on: "We'll call you Monday and have our mobile key guy meet you at your place of work and make you a key." After two weeks, a letter to four Ganley associates respectfully asking for reconsideration on the paint, and reminding them that still no key was in hand and no "Monday call" was made. It has been two weeks since the letter. So "As Is" accurately describes Ganley's idea of "customer service." What a shame. More
A car salesman with a fan club! Yeah, Bryson is that good. It was an unexpected purchase and I'd never worked with a dealership before so I was a bit nervous. Family and friends who I reached out to all said that Mike Bryson is the nicest and most honest car salesman out there. (Yup, Mike's got a fan club!) Mike took the time to help me to educate myself on the different options available to me that would work with my budget AND would be the right fit for my 120lb dog. He also was very understanding and encouraging when I decided to take some time to do more research and consider my options with other dealers and brands. Don't get me wrong, I knew he wanted to sell me the car, but he never made me feel pressured. The lack of pressure, the kindness, and the creative efforts Mike made to help me really knocked the other sales people out of the water. He's not your typical car salesman, but that's what makes him so special. It was like working with a friend! Mike Bryson worked with the sales manager Mike Santone to take excellent care of me. Subarus are amazing cars (my family has owned many), and if you're thinking about getting a Subie then look no further than Mike Bryson for the best service you could ever ask for! (Oh, yeah, and while you're there check out the cool case full of Mike's awesome movie memorabilia!) More

Each time I look elsewhere I keep thinking to myself, "Mike would never treat me like this" I never feel like Mike is trying to get rid of that car that has been on the lot too long. I always feel like he is working with me to find the car that I am looking for to fit my needs. Mike would not try to talk the starving dog off the back of the meat truck, but he would share his sandwich with him. Friend and customer for life :) More

I was fortunate to get linked up with Mike Bryson as I feel that I not only walked away with my dream car, but also a friend. Mike is by far the most enthusiastic, friendly, and low pressure salesman I've ever encountered and for that, I truly feel he's an asset to the industry. It honestly didn't even feel like I was there buying a car. I've been to a lot of dealerships over the past 10 years and this has been the best experience by far. They've gained a life long customer.
