The salesman was OK, Jimmy C, from there it went down fast. We had pricing from Edmunds for different Subaru dealers around the area, their price was decent but we wanted to see if they would match another dealer. The salesman gave a price and then we asked if he could match Park Subaru's price, well that's when Jeff Rosen got involved, of course the Park Subaru quote was at their "invoice" and they would make any money on it, hahaha. a close friend of ours happen to be next to us and they told us about getting the truecar price and I told him about Edmonds and getting quotes from other dealers. I mentioned about Park Subaru, supposedly someone heard us talking about this, Jeff Rosen came back and said they would not deal with us because we talked about other pricing in his showroom, so you can leave!!!. Flabbergasted at this treatment - I called my friend, who was going to buy their car from them, told him about Jeff Rosen, he said I will never buy from them and we will make sure to tell everyone about this treatment at this dealership. Needless to say, we both bought elsewhere and saved over $2000 each from their pricing. More

BEST (and easiest) used car sale EVER! Thanks Lloyd Henry! My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru. Lloyd Henry was our salesperson- and he did a simply OUTSTANDING job. We liv My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru. Lloyd Henry was our salesperson- and he did a simply OUTSTANDING job. We live about 1.5 hrs from Ganley, so traveling to the dealership was a commitment, and (considering our prior experience with OTHER dealerships) a gamble. Mr Henry really has changed our experience in whole new way. Lloyd answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to help us out in checking the vehicle over, before we ever saw it in person! We had a detailed description, close up photos, details of any dings or scratches and a detailed CarFax. Lloyd even detailed a few of the repairs that he would recommend once the purchase was complete. Very straightforward and HONEST. No surprises at Ganley, with Lloyd at the wheel. Meanwhile the other staff people were also very courteous and very helpful. We didn;t encounter any pressure or 'tactics. No push to 'upgrade' to a different vehicle. All fees and costs were plainly explained before we sat down with financing, and Lloyd even gave us an estimate on our local tax (something that a lot of salespeople overlook and us customers forget!). After the sale- we had a few courtesy calls, to be sure the transaction and customer satisfaction is well. I never write reviews, but needed to step out here. All around, an amazing experience and re-adjusted our understanding of pre-owned care sales. Thanks so much, Mr Henry! More

We had never owned a Subaru, but several of her friends recommended the Impreza. She test drove it, along with several other makes & models, and we were both sold on the Impreza. Lloyd was very thorough in explaining all of the features and available options. The color she wanted was not in stock, but Lloyd & John Romeo promised shipment within a week. My company gets preferred pricing from a different Subaru dealer, but Ganley matched the deal without hesitation. Maybe this was an indication that I had more room to negotiate, but the price was within in the "exceptional price" range on TrueCar, so I feel that I got a fair and honest deal...and that's what really matters. The car arrived when promised, financing was a breeze, Lloyd went through all of the equipment and even set up her bluetooth & contacts (which is well beyond my capabilities). My daughter's been driving the car for just over a week now, and truly loves it! More

He helped us compare three different models, in a very friendly and highly professional manner, with the result of us finding the right car for us. How many Ganley associates does it take to make a spare key? The answer: More than four! My son bought his first used vehicle from Ganley Subaru in Bedford at the end of February. There was only one key availabl The answer: More than four! My son bought his first used vehicle from Ganley Subaru in Bedford at the end of February. There was only one key available at the time of the purchase. Our salesperson (Ken Mackel) said he would contact the previous owner and ask for the second key. After three weeks, a call to the salesperson got an answer along the lines of: "It's not here yet. I will call the previous owner again." Then the paint started to chip off the car. After ten weeks, my son just brought the car in and asked for the key. The answer this time: "We have a big box of keys. It might be in there. We'll check and call you on Monday." When we asked them to look at the car and the chipped paint, the answer was: "We sold the car 'As Is,' so we can't do anything about the paint." (Actually they could, but they won't.) But they went on: "We'll call you Monday and have our mobile key guy meet you at your place of work and make you a key." After two weeks, a letter to four Ganley associates respectfully asking for reconsideration on the paint, and reminding them that still no key was in hand and no "Monday call" was made. It has been two weeks since the letter. So "As Is" accurately describes Ganley's idea of "customer service." What a shame. More

Family and friends who I reached out to all said that Mike Bryson is the nicest and most honest car salesman out there. (Yup, Mike's got a fan club!) Mike took the time to help me to educate myself on the different options available to me that would work with my budget AND would be the right fit for my 120lb dog. He also was very understanding and encouraging when I decided to take some time to do more research and consider my options with other dealers and brands. Don't get me wrong, I knew he wanted to sell me the car, but he never made me feel pressured. The lack of pressure, the kindness, and the creative efforts Mike made to help me really knocked the other sales people out of the water. He's not your typical car salesman, but that's what makes him so special. It was like working with a friend! Mike Bryson worked with the sales manager Mike Santone to take excellent care of me. Subarus are amazing cars (my family has owned many), and if you're thinking about getting a Subie then look no further than Mike Bryson for the best service you could ever ask for! (Oh, yeah, and while you're there check out the cool case full of Mike's awesome movie memorabilia!) More
