I'd heard excellent comments from others so I decided this was the dealership - particularly after a fabulous sales experience with Larry Boro - from whom I purchased two Subarus. The service department has FAR FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I get all my vehicle service from this dealership and have built up a great relationship with all the service writers. I know they have gone above and beyond what was expected - trust me - WAY above. You'll be pleased with the service at Ganley Subaru (sales too!!) More

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I've received better and more timely customer service on a $50 shirt than I have with their $20,000 vehicle. Emails take DAYS to re GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I've received better and more timely customer service on a $50 shirt than I have with their $20,000 vehicle. Emails take DAYS to respond (if they respond at all), if you're having a problem with your vehicle, like I am currently, they'll ignore you to the point that you have to look into terminating your lease/contract on your own because that seems like a better option than dealing with this dealership for the remainder of it. I cannot emphasize enough the disappointment I have in this brand and this company. More

Purchased a 2015 subaru forester I dealt with Mike Bryson. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Mike went above and beyond his duties a sales person. Went over every feature that the car has and took his time to really explain everything. If I didn't understand something, then he went over it again. And Elana (finance person) also took her time and explained everything also. Sperry fiend and knowledgeable also. I hope Mike stays there for a long time. As a car buyer, certainly can't go wrong with him. I highly recommend him and the dealership. Was a super great pleasure doing business with them. Will buy more cars from them. More

But I had to buy this one on my own and I've always loved the look of the Outback. Mike did an outstanding job getting me into a car that I love within my budget. He made it easy and I know that I can call him with any questions as I get more comfortable in the car. And my mom was so impressed with his sales manner that she's now considering buying from him and she lives in Canton! Also a shout out to his manager who was beyond kind to me while Mike was working with another customer at the same time. The time spent talking with me was much appreciated. More
