Even though Mike knows I will get an Outback in the end he goes on numerous test drives and goes through all the features of the vehicles. Not once have I ever felt pressured to buy or that he needed to be with other customers. What better way to say how awesome Mike is than to say our family alone has returned and trusted him through over 20 vehicles.
