Great service. It was a very fast and efficient operation. I was especially impressed with the accuracy of their estimation for the completion of the service tasks. Drove 2 hrs My kids and I drove 2 hrs to look at a car and definitely planned on buying it. I let Ezra know when we left the Toledo area so the car would be ready when we got to Ganley. The car was no ready allegedly due to the staff who were making it presentable. We waited over an hour to view the car, by then it was dark. Whoever "detailed" the car did a horrible job. It may have been washed but the interior was not cleaned up. When we were leaving there were numerous employees, not sales people but employees that were supporting. They were complaining on how they had to prepare too many cars for people and were tired. They were also smoking right outside the bays. Isn't that their jobs? I'd prefer not to have someone who's detailing my new vehicle to be smoking around it. I'm pleased with the car, but not at all with the service. More
