I brought my car in for routine service (oil change) and to take care of tire pressure issues (light was on). It took only an hour for the service and that included tire rotation. While waiting for service to be completed, noticed that someone was constantly spraying and wiping down chairs and tables -- clearly taking steps to keep everything clean and sanitized. I really appreciated that. More

I was disappointed that I was not made aware ahead of time that there was a recall on my car. I was originally coming in for the 12,000 mile maintenance but was informed on site of the recall and that i time that there was a recall on my car. I was originally coming in for the 12,000 mile maintenance but was informed on site of the recall and that it would going to take a second hour to complete that portion. The good news was they accomplished completion of both the 12,000 mile maintenance and the recall repair in less time than they thought both would take. More

I was seen on time and the service person was polite and personable. The department seems well run. The cashier seemed interested in me as well. I found it strange that while all the front desk service peop personable. The department seems well run. The cashier seemed interested in me as well. I found it strange that while all the front desk service people properly wore masks, the mechanics not wearing masks would speak face to face with them. More
While the service was excellent, I was quite concerned by the fact the service workers in the garage were not required to wear masks at all. I was told that the rules indicated while they were working on/und the fact the service workers in the garage were not required to wear masks at all. I was told that the rules indicated while they were working on/under cars, masks weren't required, but of the 6 workers I saw, none had masks on at all as they stood within 2 feet of each other. Fortunately, all customer facing staff are required to wear masks and they did, but knowing what was happening in the shop remains disturbing. More
Sat for 2 hours while my battery was being checked and supposedly being charged. As it turns out, the battery was only being charged for the last 35 minutes of the 2 hours. I was told that the battery was initially to cold to charge and also that the machine wasn't working. I am not sure if either of these reasons were realistic. I was frustrated for having to wait so long when only 35 minutes was the time that the battery was charged. More
