I was met with one service advisor to register my car problem. I provided him with all my information including that I would be waiting for my car, and that I had an extended warranty. All were noted. Three hours later I saw my car was outside and completed. I received a call previous to that indicating my charges would be over $ 500. for the problem. I then re-affirmed that I had an extended warranty which I had provided upon arrival. The advisor that called said she did not know this and the charge was adjusted accordingly. Approx 45 minutes after I saw my car had been completed I asked why it could not be completed. i was told to talk to the original service advisor (there were only two on duty). When I talked to the original advisor he told me that they were behind on paper work. I said OK. Approx 30 minutes later I received a call from the other service advisor (not a visit in the lounge) that my car was ready. I asked where the person was, and she indicated in the service area. I indicated I was in the lounge and she indicated she did not know I was waiting and that is why the final paper work took so long. My point is that there is little coordination of information and service at this dealership. This caused me to wait at least an additional hour for my car. If it were not for warranty coverage, I would not be taking my car here for service. More

Service advisor Joe Emanuele is great. I do miss Tim Cusick. The waiting area is comfortable. The restrooms are clean and nice, with paper towels! Airbag recall service was performed just fine. Paid $166 for diagnostic on check engine light and to have codes reset. No codes listed on diagnostics for check engine light, nor was check engine light rese for diagnostic on check engine light and to have codes reset. No codes listed on diagnostics for check engine light, nor was check engine light reset. When i came back in and said the check engine light was not reset, I was told "sometimes it comes back on right away". I did get three pages of other items that were recommended totaling over $10,000 on a 15 year old car. I ended up going home and reseting the check engine light codes myself in about five minutes that their technician was not able to do and the light has not come back as of the next day. More
