I was in the market for a 2004 used Mazda RX-8. Just so happens Ganley Hyundai of Parma had one! I talked to Chris Gierrmann the internet sales manager online. He was very informative and friendly and I set up an appointment immediately. I give top notch xxxxxxto Chris throughout the entire purchase for being incredibly helpful and patient. He was very friendly and professional and never made you feel pressured into doing anything you didn't want to do or purchase. While the dealership themselves moved on the price, they were not willing to fix a tiny aesthetic issue with the interior of the car (a missing AC/Heating knob) which would have been a $40.00 loss on a car I paid $7,500 for. While this was annoying that the dealership would not fix something so simple when I was ready to dish out $7,500, Chris went above and beyond and offered to buy it himself just so the customer could leave completely 100% satisfied. Sometimes it's the little things people do that make it worthwhile. All in all, it was a great experience with a great sales representative. I tell anyone now, if you are planning on buying a car from Ganley Hyundai of Parma, go to Chris Gierrmann. I recommend him tremendously and he WILL take care of you! More
After doing extensive research via the web and talking with many Dealers. Ganley Hyundai was my dealership of choice. Although I was not local to the area, Chris Giermann their Internet Sales Manager offered me the lowest price between Lorain and Cuyahoga county. Chris was very professional, determined to make sure my needs were taken care of and made my sales experience pleasant. I will be recommending Chris and Ganley Hyundai of Parma to all my friends and family. Their new facility is beautiful and I was given both a free oil change and free i-pod cable and the lowest price. Thanks again guys =) More

My parents purchased a Hyunda Vera Cruz from this dealer in July 2012, just about a month before this posting. The AC went out, which was promptly fixed and is back in working order. From the time my Dad picked up the car it had a rattle when going over bumpy roads. He has had it back 3 times and they cannot solve the rattle. Now he is being told they need to wait until the "Hyundai Guru" is in town. That was supposed to be in two weeks, which has come and gone and the "Hyundai Guru" is still MIA. When he called to inquire the girl snottily replied, "well we don't know his aschedule" it'll probably be a couple more weeks". My Dad inquired as to why they couldn't just call him and the answer was "he doesn't like it when we call him". Are you kidding me? Really? Just another classic case of while we are trying to sell you a car we love you, but once we have a problem you are on your own. More
Having recently dealt with Ganley Parma Imports service manager(JOHN),was the most irritating,aggravating service situation my wife & I have ever had to deal with!! He was rude, condescending, obnoxious, manager(JOHN),was the most irritating,aggravating service situation my wife & I have ever had to deal with!! He was rude, condescending, obnoxious, & totally UNPROFESSIONAL for a person in his position!!!! How he retains his employment with Ganley confounds us. (Re; check engine light) The General Manager was never available to voice our concerns. More
