Redman -Part 2 of my story Redman Part -2. The dealer would not give me back my money, claiming that I would not give him a chance to fix the problem. I told him he should have Redman Part -2. The dealer would not give me back my money, claiming that I would not give him a chance to fix the problem. I told him he should have fix my car the FIRST time he had it. I eventually took my car back to see if he could fix the problem. The manager of the service department gave me a rental and kept my car for several days. He called me and said it was the alternator again and that it had to be replaced again. What he didn't know was that before I gave him my car a second time, I took picture of the 'new alternator & serial # and wrote on it with a marker' When I got my car, the noise had stopped but the alternator was NOT replaced. My markings and the serial number was on the alternator. HE lied again! I noticed the all the responses have 'Verified' next to their review except mine. Trust me, what you read is the truth and makes me question the other responses. I would NEVER go back to this place! More
