What can I say the absolute best car buying experience! Why can I say this? is because I've purchased 5 vehicles from Ganley Hyundai in Parma through Neil , Gus and Max. Friendly ,Honest people who care about you trying to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase. I live near another Hyundai dealer in my hometown , but these guys make all the difference of why I drive 30 minutes out to buy from them. Best customer service ,best trade values, best prices and all from people you'd be happy to call family. What more can I say Love these people. Since 2015 and 8 yrs later.. Hands down the best! The Sales team of course is pretty awesome. The maintenance team is where I have my biggest issues. I'm just going to talk about my last go around. My car was victim of a theft and had to be towed to this location. Long story told it took about a week for the insurance company and hyundai to communicate and get prices settled. Hyundai didn't order the parts until this was settled so my car was just sitting there with nothing happening to it for a week. Not their fault. So they then ordered the parts and told me it'll be a couple of weeks. Ok, cool right? It ended up being over a month! Not only that lol, but when I got the car there is still glass in the car! Oh yeah, the window being replaced is dirty! Like xxx! There's even glass in the front seat somehow when the back rear window was smashed out. It just seems like the work was lazily done as quick as possible. They were paid to do a job. They did it but in the absolute worst of way. There's no way I'm ever purchasing another Hyundai. Love the car but the team is.... Needs work. Extremely disappointing for the amount of time I had to wait for the car. More

I bought my vehicle here,very long wait time even making appointment took over 3 weeks to get in,there work is very good,no worries there,you would think that i would get a bit of special attention since i appointment took over 3 weeks to get in,there work is very good,no worries there,you would think that i would get a bit of special attention since i bought this car there over someone who did not,once time i needed a muffler and i was turned away and could not get the work done there,had to go else where,i have more to say wish i could speak to a person,just to tell them my experiences,even after all this i still try to use the dealer ship More
