I truly want to thank and recognize the whole team but specifically, General Sales Manager, Gus Stamatis and Sales Professional, Craig Toddy. Gus was my first contact at the dealership and he did a terrific job listening to my needs and providing me with options. I He didn't try to push me toward what I didn't want or need, he worked with me to find the right fit. Ultimately, we landed on a 2024 Hyundai Sonata SEL and I am beyond thrilled with the car and the price. Next came Craig, who was patient, detail-oriented and offered very clear and appreciated, explanations. Craig made me feel comfortable and was kind enough to enthusiastically answer my various questions. I also really appreciated how I was treated by Kumal in finance, he was instrumental in helping me find peace of mind. I had a poor experience with a different dealership and he didn't push extras on me that I didn't want but did help me find what I really needed. All in all, I am just very grateful to have had such a wonderful, pain-free experience working with Ken Ganley Hyundai Parma.
