Went to dealership to look at a new Nissan Quest. RJ was very friendly and was attentive. He did not have all the answers to my questions but sought them out until I had my answers. Jeff suggested I drive the vehicle home to show my wife, while they had my trade in appraised. We returned an hour later and they offered a very fair trade in, and had found a the same van we looked at in a better color and only 8 miles on it with a complementary DVD package, normally costing $2100. Furthermore, they had a very good price on the van, and had worked it out showing me that 2.99 % bank financing and the $2750 rebate actually saved me about $30 per month compared to the lower Nissan financing offer. A few negotiations later, and we had a deal. Picked up the van the next day, in pristine condition at delivery. The finance session took a while and there was kind of a "hard sell" on the extended warranty...just had to keep saying no! Bottom line...nice people, nice vehicle, salesman who was honest and really tried hard, and I'd recommend them to anyone. More
Bought a new car a couple months ago was promisedfree tank of gas with oil changes and they are saying it is only one take of gas not every time. When ask to speak to sales manager who helped sell us car and promised us this he is no longer is there along with both sales men who helped us. So they are not going to honor the free gas with oil change. They do not care about their customers at all! This was our second suv we have bought from them and had no problems the frost time but maybe that is because I only went there to buy it and never took it back Til we traded it in. They write what they promise you on a paper so their is no confusion on what they are promising you that you show them but if the wording isn't as they think it should be they change what you are promised. Will not be doing anymore business with them! More
Rose Strelbicki is Wonder Woman. I had previous dealings with her at another dealer, now out of business, so when the time came to lease a new Murano, I sought her out (even though two other dealers are mor with her at another dealer, now out of business, so when the time came to lease a new Murano, I sought her out (even though two other dealers are more convenient for me). Rose came through like a champ. She showed me how I could afford a better model than I had thought. She has expert knowledge of Nissans and showed me a trick or two about my new one, even though it is my third Murano. She's a superior sales person. Her "trick" is that she really listens and wants to get the right car for every customer. And she talks straight, with no B.S. I couldn't be happier with Rose and the deal she put together for me. More
Can't believe that this is the first time I was not pressured into buying a car. The only reason i bought that day was because Alex was so nice and we were just having a fun time testing out cars. Rose S. called me and told me that she thought she could lease me a new Maxima at a good price. I told her that my lease wasn’t up until December but to tell me what she could do. She called me back; made me an offer I didn’t want to refuse, and asked me to come in to pick out the color I wanted. This took place in less than two days. I went in, picked out the color, signed the papers and drove my new car home. I followed Rose from Tri City to Ken Ganley because I feel that she is GREAT!!! And I will continue to get my cars from her. One other nice perk is the service department at Ken Ganley Nissan. They are very good. My whole “new car” experience was very pleasant and very easy More
I went in to the dealership to test drive a new Nissan Altima. I drove the car and everything was fine. I asked to know what the price of the car would be if I were hypothetically to purchase it that day Altima. I drove the car and everything was fine. It seemed very low for the car I drove, so I asked the sales person if that price was for the exact car I tried. He said yes. He was very pushy about me buying the car that day, even though I made it clear that I was not ready to do that. He pushed further and said I should give him a post-dated check. I did not leave with a good feeling, but the price was good, so I thought about going back. I called the sales person a few days later and did not get a call back. I then called the dealership and talked to another person. She was very pushy about me putting money down over the phone for the car I inquired about. She was also very pushy about me coming in that day to buy, even though I live about 30 miles away. She scolded me for not asking for her by name when I called the dealer after missing her return call. She quoted me a price for the same vehicle I test drove of $21,650. I said that I was quoted a different price a few days prior. She said she would check with the manager and get back to me. She called me later and said I was quoted a price for a pre-owned vehicle. She described over the phone the exact car I had driven a few days earlier. I told her the story of how I double-checked that the 19,500 price was for the new car I drove. She said that it may have been called a demo instead of pre-owned. I said that word never came up. I expressed my disappointment that the sales person was deceptive. She then said, well, good luck to you and hung up. I will never buy a car here. They are dishonest and too pushy, even for car sales people. Go somewhere else for a Nissan. More
