We were very satisfied with our sales man Bobby Bray.He was very considerate and not pushy answered all our questions we asked. He did not try to upsell us with another vehicle he me t our demands on the was very considerate and not pushy answered all our questions we asked. Needs improvement It was very difficult to schedule for my airbag recall. No calls were returned. Online scheduling didn't work. I gave up for a while but then was pest It was very difficult to schedule for my airbag recall. No calls were returned. Online scheduling didn't work. I gave up for a while but then was pestered to try again, at which point I was asked why I didn't do this earlier. When I came in, it was unclear where to go. The service was quick, but no one updated the info in the system, so I had to explain why I was there and what was being done. And even though the airbags have been fixed, I still get mail and messages to bring my car in. I'm disappointed over the whole experience, as communication seems to be a definite problem here. On the bright side, while in the waiting room, everyone I met was nice and helpful. More
