Brought my Nissan Armanda in for the known issue of the front drivers assist applying the bakes for no reason. The tech tried telling me that a bracket under the bumper was bent and needed to be replaced front drivers assist applying the bakes for no reason. The tech tried telling me that a bracket under the bumper was bent and needed to be replaced. I asked how a bracket could be bent without ant collisions or impacts to the bumper. He said they are very sensitive and it does not take much of a impact to bend them. This of course was not the truth. Will not be going back nor buying another Nissan. More

My overall experience with Ken Ganley Nissan was/is better than any previous dealership I’ve dealt with but still lacking in some areas. I know that the lack of expedience in resolving the issues I’m better than any previous dealership I’ve dealt with but still lacking in some areas. I know that the lack of expedience in resolving the issues I’m experiencing is directly related to my not financing my car through the dealership. I am constantly “riding” my salesman, having to text or call him, in order to prod him into resolving all of the issues I’ve discovered. I have had this vehicle for only six days! On the more positive side, my salesman was very nice and respectful-I am a mature female-and he made me feel good about purchasing a vehicle from their dealership. The loan officer (Miranda) some how assumed that I was financing through their dealership and had the look of shock when I told her that I was probably going to finance through my bank! She then became “snarky” and expressed her frustration for already completing the paperwork that she assumed I would sign! (I couldn’t help but notice that all she had with her was her tablet and a stylus)! This is why I’ve rated Ken Ganley Nissan Mayfield as I have. I’ve experienced good and not-so-good things about this dealership. As of today, the sixth day with my newly-purchased car, I’m hoping they’ll take care of a large scratch but they won’t replace an “extra” part called a bumper protector. Yesterday, I had a locksmith at my home, making sure that the second fob that they created for my car would work properly. (This was their second attempt)! At least, my salesman got a cargo cover for my vehicle, even though that was listed under the “extras” category! That’s why it makes no sense to me that they wouldn’t take care of the bumper protector! Their policies are not consistent. Maybe if I had spent more money on the car and another year paying for it, by financing through their dealership, they would be taking better care of my issues? More
