Not honest. In short.. I had wanted to add to my lease, an end of lease damage waiver. I was unclear in describing what I wanted, and was told that I had received In short.. It was too late to get the waiver since the lease was already submitted to Nissan. Initially I wanted to cancel the ding protection, but was convinced by the management that it was worth holding on to. I recently discovered that I had never received the ding plan. They claim that I never went through with it... There isn't anyone to speak to because the saleswoman and finance guy, that I had dealt with, both left the dealership. More

Dont trust them This place is a joke. Got a used car and they said they inspected it and the car was great. Not even 30 days after we heard a noise and brought it in This place is a joke. Not even 30 days after we heard a noise and brought it in and power steering fluid was low and they gave us an appointment to look it over. Now the power steering rack and pinion is broke. They basically told us oh well we will still have business if your dissatisfied. They clam to check safety on used vehicles but if that were to break not knowing and loose control of the car we can securely get injured or I jury someone else because NISSAN mayfield didnt inspect the safety which they clam they do. They are rude and wouldnt even help with anything. Dont go there ever dont trust them for your own safety More
