The service manager met me at the drive-in door just as I pulled up, knew who I was by my appointment time and addressed my concerns apart from the oil change. The car I bought was not prepped very well. Something was trying to nest in the engine compartment as I pulled several handfuls of straw from there. I came to your dealership to trade in my car,as the lease was coming to an end. Branden Boro was able to work a deal where I traded my car for a new Altima and also trade my wives car for a new Sentra. Carl was coming to an end.
