I've been shopping around for cars several times and for couple of months during this instance. Of all the sales person I've met Patrick Newkirk in Ganley Nissan is the best. Travelled across 150 miles fr couple of months during this instance. Of all the sales person I've met Patrick Newkirk in Ganley Nissan is the best. Travelled across 150 miles from Columbus to this showroom to get the car I wanted at the right price. Patrick shared every ounce of information about the car detailing including the most minor scratches it had - taking pictures and sending across from every angle. He did not hide any con which he was aware of and looked at minute details for the customer. He did attempt take efforts to negotiate the price with his higher-ups and truly cared about the customer heart. He wins the award for patience and customer experience representing Ganley Mayfield Nissan. Would not say of the same about their used car manager! :(. Also don't trust their 150 point inspections. My understanding is that either they are not done or simply reported as done. Sarah, the car port person was pretty kind and professional to help with drop off with my one-way rental. More
