The sales associate Aaron was very helpful, was able to answer all our questions, and not once did we feel pressured. And by the end of a very short process , we were leaving with what we wanted, they made it happen!! highly recommend Ganley Nissan More
Being ignored I worked with the Sales Manager Aaron Stancato via email until I had a deal worked out with him on a vehicle since I lived so far away from the dealer I worked with the Sales Manager Aaron Stancato via email until I had a deal worked out with him on a vehicle since I lived so far away from the dealership. I got there and Aaron just threw me to a young sales guy who had no idea or care in the world for his job. I test drive the vehicle and bought it. They were suppose to put new tires on my van but once I got home I noticed they were not new. I've been trying to call and email but no response. I'm so upset and regret every second I spent at this dealership. I wouldn't even give them one star but that's the lowest rating I could give. They are crappy to work with! More
RUDE STAFF I was contacted by a woman from Ganley shortly after emailing them and scheduled a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that t I was contacted by a woman from Ganley shortly after emailing them and scheduled a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the woman did not work at that location and had not contacted them with regards to my interest in the car. Thankfully, I was helped by Sandy who was amazingly courteous and addressed me directly. Unfortunately, when I returned to finish the paperwork I was greeted by several other sales members, who were not interested in talking to me, and when I finally did get their attention they asked me who my parents were talking to about the car, and said "I was lucky to have them buying me a car". I am a 20 year old women and have worked my xxx off to save up for this car, and was really offended to be treated like an idiot child by these salesmen. To make matters worse the attitude other women seemed to be getting in the dealership was even more disrespectful and belittling. Thankfully, Sandy redeemed them when he once more arrived. Basically, if you are young, a woman, or both expect to be treated like a child, insulted or ignored (unless you are lucky and get Sandy), regardless of your existing knowledge of cars. And watchout, because while ignoring you they like to throw a football around the show room. More
Bait and switch... ILLEGAL! I received a mailer from them stating that they would give me $11,000 plus for my car. Keep in mind, my car is worth just over $10,000. I called and t I received a mailer from them stating that they would give me $11,000 plus for my car. Keep in mind, my car is worth just over $10,000. I called and they confirmed that it was indeed a legit offer. I went in yesterday, test drove a couple cars and was ready to buy. It came down to time to deal and I asked where my trade in value was as they only had $5k in that field. They proceeded to dance around saying that it was 'up to,' when in fact, the letter very specifically stated $11XXX. That, my friends, is called bait and switching. That is an illegal marketing practice and has been for years. It wasted 3 hours of my time and the poor salesman's time, who by the way, was excellent. I felt bad for the young kid. Having such dishonest management really hurts his and all the other sales members chances of succeeding, More

The vehicle was as described except it didn't have the moon roof, that was not a deal breaker though. The dealership was an average experience with some paperwork that had misspellings and wrong dates but nothing that wasn't fixed promptly. We found our salesperson Rose to be good at her profession, she was very adept and knowledgeable making this car buying experience a pleasure. More
Worst experience ever at a dealership We found a used vehicle on line and talked to the internet sales person who checked out the vehicle for us before we traveled the 124 miles to the dea We found a used vehicle on line and talked to the internet sales person who checked out the vehicle for us before we traveled the 124 miles to the dealership. We had a good experience until the used car manager told us what he would give us what we wanted for our truck. When we told him that it was unacceptable and we wanted more, he lost his temper and told us that we could just leave if we didn't like the deal. What we wanted for the vehicle was not out of the realm of reality because two days later we got the price at a Toyota dealership much closer to home and purchased a vehicle from them. This man was very rude and arrogant and apparently didn't give a care that he lost the deal for the dealership and the salesman that we were originally dealing with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Major repairs with only 40k miles Unreliable Nissan Murano at only 40k miles. I was left stranded because car wouldn't start. Took it into dealer and they replaced alternator. However, Unreliable Nissan Murano at only 40k miles. I was left stranded because car wouldn't start. Took it into dealer and they replaced alternator. However, I got stranded again because they didn't fix the problem. Took in to get it fixed again and claim, even though they didn't fix the problem, the alternator still needed to be replaced. Total costs over $1,600 dollars. The final problem was a faulty door latch draining the battery. They advertise that they have a master mechanic with 20 years experience and they'll fix the problem the first time, however they didn't honor their marketing claim. I had to bring it in twice and pay for a new alternator that didn't need to be replaced. More

On Oct 14 i put money down on a car to get for my son and i had to go to my credit union to get financing. It didn't work out so ganley Nissan called me about it and i said i cannot do it and send my money b i had to go to my credit union to get financing. It didn't work out so ganley Nissan called me about it and i said i cannot do it and send my money back. they said no and send the receipt to them. I will not send a 500 dollar receipt in the mail. so on sat Oct 26 i drove up there and had to talk to the general manager. I explained the situation and said i wanted my down payment back that i paid in cash. they said no. I asked why and they said they didn't have the money there ...lets see a open car business a cashier and no money to refund people yet they probably been taking in down payments all day maybe? fishy to me any way i said well i want a check by Tuesday and he started to get mad. I stated i will not do business with them anymore and i will post my review on the internet. He said and i quote "don't threaten me or the company" i said i was going to write a review which is my right a complaint. he then said and i quote "i probably cant follow directions with mailing in the receipt which i said was assured and he said i probably didn't follow directions my whole life" Then he threatened me with exposing my whole credit information to the internet and my score and threatened me with getting sued. Then he looked right at me and i quote said " you probably cant afford a attorney any how can you" Now i count that slander twice and a threat from this general manager. He made a copy of the receipt and i took the original and i got up and left. This is very unprofessional of a company to use slander and threaten a customer on something they owe me. They knew i wasn't getting the car and knew i was coming for the money yet they cant do it. Some advice for the owners of this dealership if your open for business you should also in faith return the money from the customer you take on faith. Why the rating..lack of leadership no customer service and idal threats from the general manager and slander from the general manager Ian Freiberg More
I would highly recommend Ganley Nissan for buying a car because of one person, Frank Palcsik. He was EXTREMELY easy to work with and very customer friendly. Unlike the typical sales person, Frank was very because of one person, Frank Palcsik. He was EXTREMELY easy to work with and very customer friendly. Unlike the typical sales person, Frank was very understanding and eased all my nerves about making such a big purchase, He's a true professional. He listened to me very carefully and made me feel so comfortable about making the right car choice for me. Both the dealership including Mario, Tony & Jerry and Frank were a pleasure to do business with. I truly feel like I left there and made new friends, I would highly recommend buying a car from Ganley Nissan of Mayfield Road, but most of all Frank. Thank you so much, I LOVE my new Rogue! :) More
