Awesome Service Department They had me back on the road pretty quickly. Ken Ganley is not my regular dealership but while traveling my engine battery light came on. With an hour and half yet to go to my d pretty quickly. Ken Ganley is not my regular dealership but while traveling my engine battery light came on. With an hour and half yet to go to my destination and also traveling with my cat in a carrier i found the dealership and they took my vehicle directly in. To make a long story short, a couple weeks prior I had an oil change at my regular dealership at home. Apparently they sprayed motor oil all over the right side of the engine compartment. I hadn’t drove my car very much but did notice a few odd things with my electronics and occasionally smell burnt motor oil. The smell wasn’t very strong and I didn’t associate it with my car in this 90* weather until I got out on the interstate. The service department at Ken Ganley figured it out pretty and did their best to clean the oil off my alternator, sensors, and everything else. To say I was very upset with my home dealership is an understatement. I wish I got the gals name in the service department. She was the best. Ken Ganley get 2 thumbs up 👍👍 More
