Always very friendly and professional. The last 2 visits it has taken 15 minutes or more to get checked in. Not because the department was extremely busy but because the particular person I was scheduled w it has taken 15 minutes or more to get checked in. Not because the department was extremely busy but because the particular person I was scheduled with was busy or the first time I believe on lunch. Not a big deal but I believe the other people there should be able to check in someone if the other person is occupied although I do understand having one person from start to finish. More

From the time the vehicle was brought in to when it was finished I was informed of what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. Friendly KIA goes above and beyond the norm. The Service Area is clean and bright. The Lounge Area is inviting and has complimentary food and drinks. When Friendly KIA personnel pass through the lounge they give a cheerful ‘Hello’ including the owner 😊. John Schmidt and the service staff are excellent and make waiting for a vehicle enjoyable. I love the fact that John Schmidt’s (the service manager) door is always open. Friendly KIA makes me feel like part of the family and they take excellent care of my KIA.
