Tires were not rotated - even though I said yes when asked if I wanted them done. one of my tires has a very slow leak, and its still in the same spot on the car. Report said Tire pressure was checked and all tires at 35lbs... well my tires are max psi of 52 lbs, and all but one tire was definitely over 35 lbs. the one with the slow leak. was still low even after service... other than that OK. Took exactly an hour for oil change, without tire rotation. Oh and the tech called my car a Dodge Mustang.... More

Friendly is a real good name for this dealership! David was very informative on what was going on with my car and kept me informed while I waited for repairs to be done. I have back issues and my 2 hr wait would have been much better with a pillow behind my back. Thanks. More
I.have been using Friendly Kia since 2015 and have never had a bad experience. Fact of the matter is, I just purchased my second new Sportage from Friendly. pleasant experience except for the the suggested add ons. Had an oil change w/coupon. However, service said I needed a new battery because it registered at 0.
