My 2019 Kia soul was brought in for oil change service. The following day it appeared as though the vehicle was leaking oil on my newly painted driveway. I returned the car to Friendly Kia and spoke with t The following day it appeared as though the vehicle was leaking oil on my newly painted driveway. I returned the car to Friendly Kia and spoke with the service manager at the time John Schmidt. The following day it appeared as though the car was still leaking oil and I was absolutely livid. I sent a text message to Jon Schmidt who replied that he was no longer with friendly Kia but would relay my concerns to the new service manager Kenan smiley. Keenan scheduled another service visit the following day and promised me the car has been checked thoroughly and he spilled oil from the previous oil change has been cleaned he took pictures of the engine it looks like it's brand new and shiny and the car appears not to be leaking anymore looks like problem solved! I forgot to mention that Kenan Smiley also arranged to bring me a rental vehicle pick up my car and return it to the dealer to be checked. It appears I have grout with a service manager that knows what he's doing and that I can trust from this point on thanks Kenan smiley!! More
