I ask for the tech to inspect the front brakes and or steering for a vibration when braking issue and then I went to look at vehicles for a secondary vehicle upgrade. I was through with the sales department by 3:30 and my car was not ready and waiting until after 4:30 pm. I paid my bill at 4:47 at the cashier. Friendly Kia is very Friendly. I won't spend almost 3 hours like this again. I felt worn out. More

Im giving five stars because I was told that if i didn't give a five star review with stellar answers, it would look bad on the service advisor. Not only was I told this but I was also given a how-to-guide give a five star review with stellar answers, it would look bad on the service advisor. Not only was I told this but I was also given a how-to-guide on how THEY want me to review them, stapled to my reciept. Because if I don't the advisor could possibly be reprimanded, even if a bad review has absolutely nothing to do with them. This is an AWFUL system. You are essentially peer pressuring your customers into giving good reviews and its absolutely unfair to know any bad response to Friendly Kia in general means potentially I hold someone's job in my hands. Frankly, it's also fairly insulting that you think your customers are stupid enough to need a color-coded how-to on how to give a good review. It should be simple: you do a good job, you get a good review. You do a bad job, ask for honest feedback about how you could improve. The way you evaluate your employees should not be based on the review as a whole. My experience with a possible advisor could be spectacular, while other aspects of my visit could be subpar. By attempting to force customers into good reviews based on fear of hurting an employees job status, you are supremely limiting the feedback you could be getting from customers. More
