Was not impressed how my appointment was handled. Service advisor assigned pawned me off to someone else because he was was eating to start my visit. It went downhill from there. Tried to sell me services I did not want. Sent me to the cashier with another service advisor who specifically asked if all the correct paperwork was there but it wasn’t. So different from my first visit that is why I will go back. Hoping next time does smoother. More

I like how they come out and greet you when you pull up in your car, instead of wandering around looking for someone. Lounge is always clean, with plenty of free beverage.
